Forgot to tell you how the girls ended their night. After one last viewing of It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown, we got their jammies on (we had to catch Annie first! a little too much candy in that girl!!) and gave them a thorough teethbrushing. We tucked them in bed and Rick and I came downstairs to watch a scary movie with Ricky. Just then Adam got home with some friends, plus we still had some late trick-or-treaters coming to the door.
Needless to say, it wasn't nice and quiet and conducive to sleep around here.
Ashlie decided to give a holler from her bed, telling us to "Quiet Down!" Annie thought that was grand fun, and soon chimed in. "Quiet, Mama!" "Quiet!!" Oh yeah, they were goin' right to sleep. Funny thing is, after just a few minutes of all that hollerin', and things were wonderfully quiet. All three little sweeties, fast asleep after all.
