The First Noel (or Leon???)
I've had these little wooden NOEL trees for years.
& for years, all of my boys have had fun teasing me with the letters.
This is one version of what I see nearly every day of the Christmas season!

TRAVEL ITINERARY
NOTE - China is 13 hours ahead of Missouri time
8/1 - Drive to St Louis
8/2 - Fly to Atlanta and then on to Shanghai
8/3 - Arrive in Shanghai
8/4 - Sightseeing Yuyuan Garden, Jade Buddha Temple and Chenghuang Temple
8/5 - Sightseeing in French Concession, Stone Gate and the Bund area
8/6 - Train to Hangzhou (Max's city!)
8/7 - Free Day
8/8 - Max Forever Family Day!!! Meet Max and do registration
8/9 - Get adoption registration certificate and notarization
8/10 - Sightseeing at West Lake by boat
8/11 - Visit Orphanage
8/12 - Receive passport and other adoption documents
Fly to Guangzhou in the evening
8/13 - Happy Birthday Kristi! - + Medical appt, photos, and TB test
8/14 - Sightseeing at Safari Park
8/15 - Get medical result, Shopping at wholesale market
8/16 - Visa appt at US Consulate 8:30 a.m.
8/17 - Sightseeing at Yuntai Garden and get visa
8/18 - Morning Train to Hong Kong-leave hotel at 9:10
8/19 - Fly HOME from HK to Detroit to St Louis and drive home from there (hopefully!)
OUR ADOPTION TIMELINE
11/5/2010 - Step 1 - sent application to BAAS, our agency
11/2010 - Sent application to homestudy agency, LFCS
12/26/2010 - Agency locked the file of Shao Zhi Xin for us!
12/28/2010 - LOI - Letter of Intent
1/4/2011 - PA for Zhi Xin
3/11/2011 - DTC!
3/18/2011 - LID
5/23/2011 - LOA
6/9/2011 - I800 Approval
6/17/2011 - NVC Cable and Letter
7/6/2011 - Article 5
7/18/2011 - TA!!!
8/2/2011 - Leave for China!
8/8/2011 - Max's Forever Family Day!
8/16/2011 - Consulate Appointment
8/19/2011 - Fly Home!
