We arrived at the Springfield airport very excited (& very early in the a.m.!)
My Mom and Dad and our minister were there to see us off.
Ashlie was sound asleep just minutes into our flight to Chicago.
Seeing Beijing in the sign of our gate made it all seem so real!
& We made it to Beijing!

Such a simple post, yet here I am in tears. It was a wonderful time, and we are so blessed with the precious children we brought home at the end of the trip.

Oh, this brings back the memories! Was "very" early in the morning and poor little Ashlie wasn't ready to wake up and get ready for that long trip yet! Dad and I have loved every minute of being included in all of your adoption plans and bringing home our precious grandchildren! Thank you for giving those special times to us! They are as precious as each of our other 13 grandchildren have been! We have been SO blessed!
