Wrigley Goes to Camp

Wrigley had a big morning! Today was her "interview" at Camp Bow Wow. (Doggie Day Care and Overnight "camping") Today we simply turned in forms and left Wrigley there for about 3 1/2 hours. It gives the Camp Staff a chance to observe her and make sure that her personality will allow her to play with other doggies (great socialization opportunity for her) and make sure that she's not too aggressive, etc.
We've been waiting for her to turn 16 weeks old so we could have this option if we wanted to spend a day at Silver Dollar City, etc., and especially now when we need to make some trips up to see Rick's dad and can't always take her with us.
She did great! She made a new friend in Beau, and played with a few other dogs as well. She played hard enough that she's been napping (motionless) for the last hour. What a relief to have a fun place for her to go when we need it!

I bet Wrigley loved it there so much! Anytime Oscar gets to play with other dogs he sleeps for days it seems!! Will you ever be able to get pictures for Wrigley playing with the other dogs at Camp Bow Wow?

I have never heard of anything like that...is that a place where they would train her eventually or something? like obedience school or just a daycare place for dogs? and is it a place that you can leave them while you are on trips? just curious.
